Access to the Members section (and the Public section) of the SGNO website which contains the following resources:

• Links that allow you to do genealogical research remotely from your computer by accessing the websites of Genealogy Quebec and the PRDH-IGD for free
• More than 10,000 death notices, 650 Memorial cards, and 500 obituaries with the vast majority of which are for Albertans or people who have lived in Alberta
• More than 275 folders that contain genealogical research results, with each folder dedicated to a search for a family name or specific ancestor
• More than 780 links to digitized books are in our database. These books can be downloaded from your computer. For example genealogical dictionaries, family books, community books, history and heritage books, directories, and other research tools
• Video recordings of various SGNO activities and events, such as webinars, can be downloaded and viewed from your computer (both in english and in french)
• Online research tools available free of charge (e.g. Civil status registers of Quebec at the BAnQ, Censuses, Origin File, Francogene, Our Origins and many others)
• Scanned copies of our bilingual Sources and Resources newsletter published since 2017
